carried with you as you walk around, you walk out in the physical plane
with this destiny around you, then you pull to you circumstances that are

positivity, love, heath, so my life can become a transcendent example of

your mind to remember it: “I want to experience this information.” “I
remember my dreams.” - Write down one or two words. Later on, complete as much of
the dream as you can remember. Write down all of the symbols and all of

so in a present tense. - The worst time to try to analyze dream is once you’ve just
waken up. Leave the dream for the moment, and come back to it especially

large amounts of protein late at night, it will affect the amount of
nightmare that you experience. At dinner at night, eat salads, soups &

go to sleep. - Lucid dream: Begin to train your mind to go to very, low
levels of brain state & stay awake. Become accustomed to using alpha
metronome, and then, theta metronome. - Once you realize you’re in a lucid dream, begin to
experiment with creating the affirmation that you can change the dream or
begin to direct the dream. - The more you demand answers for what you’re looking at in
the waking state, the more answers are there in the dream state.
