Understanding the Universal Law

2 aspects of the Universal Law 1) they lie deep
within all mankind and men’s power. Creating miracles in lives becomes a matter
of identifying with the power, understanding its characteristics and learning
to use it effectively. This identification is achieved by knowing the power is
within you. Acknowledging the fact that by saying, “I’m eternal, immortal,
Universal and infinite and what I am is beautiful.” 2) The Universal Law is
impartial an unemotional. It has no way of knowing what you want. It is pure
energy. It accepts whatever thoughts, feelings, and actions you project and
reflects them back to you unemotionally in the form of events that you
experience day-to-day.

Understanding Life’s Mission

The reason why the mind doesn’t know of your heroic
mission nor understands the Universal Law that interacts with your limitless
potential:

1.       Your
evolution would suffer with no challenge and quest if your feelings, mind, and
emotions know your heroic goal in life.

2.       Our
tribal or religious belief system is not necessarily accurate.

You overcome weaknesses by leaving it behind, not fighting
it. “I don’t want to be that any more.” Move yourself out of slovenly ways of
collective unconsciousness in discipline and power.

Understanding the Nature of Beliefs

It’s natural to yearn for the impossible. In so doing, you
establish your strong beliefs about what can or cannot be done. Cf.
teleportation

Loneliness: sense of loss, moving away from old energy.

5 senses are the window of the soul. Each of them has much
deeper dimension than can be normally perceived.

Feelings: You can learn to develop. Not as acute as
ESP, but deep.

Exercise) Use your feelings guide you through life.
Push your feelings into whatever situation lies ahead. “How does it feel?”
“What is the Universal Law saying to you?” “Which areas flow? Which do not?” ® Exercise becomes simple and accurate.

Cf. seeing the future.

When things go well, you’ve simply put that image into the
Universal Law. The Universe merely complies to your request.  Cf.
size 8. Be sure what you want. Cf. ne’er-do-well

Affirming that you are rich. Anything that you can
conceive is a part of you right now. Condition that you desire is already a
part of your life. Ex. telling your mind, “I’m rich.” The conflict confuses the
Universe. You have to start thinking rich, feeling rich, and holding rich
attitude. ® Walk around expensive
stores, have coffee in the best hotel in town. ® Begin to act and feel as if you already have the vast fortune that Universal
Law is about to deliver to you. Live as if your wish has been already granted,
you wish will be delivered. You cannot be half-hearted, or it’ll dissipate the
energy. No matter what adversity faces you, you’ll reach your objectives.

Look at the negative feelings that you have about
yourself. Cf. pretty/old. Miracles are not logical. When such advises given,
acknowledges the mind and thank it. “I do not accept any energy that is
contrary to the unlimited power that lies within me.” Then, press on.

  The Universal Law is unlimited. Therefore, what you are is
unlimited.

  The Universal Law is impartial and unemotional.

  You are part of the living spirit, learning.

  The Universal Law is in balance and harmony by its very nature.
Willing the Universal law unto others is infringing. There is no dual energy;
One power that prevails everything. The differentiation between good and evil
is just your perception, for within real energy, there is no judgement. Each
person is responsible for his/her own evolution.

Adversity gives you a chance to
look for something beyond day-to-day reality. To overcome something means going
within yourself to the real cause of disturbance. “There are no incurable
diseases. Only incurable people.”

the Miracle Action Plan

Write down in the order of importance the thing in the
conditions that you want. Do not let the mind advise you. It has limitations.
Be clear about what you want. Use exact and precise wording to describe the
situation you require.

A.      Read
the list 3 times a day. Upon arise, middle of the day, before bed.

B.      Mediate
on your miracles from time to time and know your order is received and just
about to be delivered.

C.      Maintain
silence. Talking about miracles dissipates the energy drastically.

D.      Always
act and think about miracles as though you already have the conditions that you
desire.

E.       Be
open to the inner promptings of the unlimited power source as it instructs you
in ways in getting what you want. Remain open and flexible at all times.

F.       Smile
a lot.

Understanding Energy

Do not waste time trying to figure out. Just know.
Cf. acorn.

Avoiding fretting. The Universe won’t let you down.

Do not allow doubts to dominate for long. Look at doubts
from above yourself. The mind creates objections through ignorance.

Keep it pure and remain silence. Keep your method
secret.

Cf. a woman found a book.

Watch for every sign for every change around you: The
Universe Law is communicating with you. The more you trust it, the more willing
the Universe is to reveal itself. ® Energy quickens.

Make sure to have maximum energy available.

Cf. job interview – put the job on the miracle list and
I’m half way there.

1.       See
yourself with the job granted until 72 hours before the interview and forget
it.

2.       On
the day of the interview, rise early. Spend as much time as possible on your
own. Stay away from interpersonal conflict. Tell the Universal law that I’m
ready and willing to accept the miracle that I’ve been asking for.

3.       Abstain
from energy lowering substances.

4.       Eat
lightly. Stay away from junk food.

5.       Before
you set up my interview, relax for a moment. See the situation flowing and positive.
See the person in my mind’s eye happy and smiling, receptive to my energy. See
the interview going well. See the miracle delivered.

Understanding Time

A within the Universal Law, there is no time. Things are
in a state of gradual evolvement. Cf. tree’s essence is eternal.

You have to learn patience. Cf. the filmmaker

Watch for signs. Use your feelings to help you decide. If
you’re still not sure, do nothing.

If making up a mind takes great trials and tribulations,
that particular course is not the one for you. If you have to ponder a
decision, it’s usually a mistake.

Start your miracle list with a couple of modest requests.
Each time you re-organize your list, spend a few moment, thinking about how
well the last miracle has worked. Affirm your power by visualizing your
success. You’ll have confidence to go on to another.

Understanding Your Personal Power

Work on your mind’s doubts. You’re not your mind, and you
do not accept any energy contrary to your goals.

Write down 9 affirmations that express your belief in
yourself and your complete fulfillment in your lifetime a day. 3 for the dawn.
3 for the day. 3 for the night. Relax. Center your mind, then read them slowly.

Ex. “I am a powerful, positive individual. All event in
this day are for my highest good.”

“What I am is beautiful, and I pull to me this day only
beauty and refreshment.”

“This day is a day of balance. I’m completely aware of my
body and all its needs.”

“What I am eternal, immortal, universal and infinite.”

“I see only beauty and strength every moment of my life.”

“I see only beauty in all the people who are pulled to me,
and what I’m strengthens and refreshes what they are.”

“What I am is infinite. I do not judge the evolution of
others. What they are right now is for their highest good.”

“Each action that I take this day is an expression of the
God force. Therefore, each action that I take is a part of my infinite
creativity.”

“There is no real sin, only energy. I follow the energy of
my highest evolution at all times, and so be it.”

“I’m open at all times to communication from my inner self
and that communication leads me to my highest evolution.”

“I give thanks for the beauty of this day. I have made of
energy of this night bring, rebuilding, and review. So be it.”

As you rise, you begin to build energy in the day. Use
your energy to keep that energy going. Center for a moment to acknowledge your
infinite beauty and your place in all things, and proceed. Before you go out
for the day, be sure your energy is strong. See each person that you meet as
positive and open to your energy.

See the white light of the living spirit around you.
Protecting you and strengthen what you are. From time to time each day, you
should re-energize it by seeing it vibrant and strong, and by affirming what
you are is a part of the living spirit of God.

You have to develop your own philosophy of life from
within the context of living life.

At first, change isn’t really noticeable. For the pattern
to change, it takes time.

The reason most people don’t make it is they are reluctant
to move away from the old life styles. Cf. a prisoner who can’t walk out of the
gate

We’ll reach a world of absolute peace. 1,000 years is only
a bat of a cosmic islet.

You have to see the world as beautiful. When they come to
you, you can act as a teacher. Don’t go out in the world and change the world.
Not imposing your opinion upon people, just wait for them to come along and ask
you. Give them information fairly and adequately. You don’t have to fix it.
There is a gradual sense of improvement throughout history.

We tend to think that things have to be difficult. When
you relax and let freshness, simplicity, and humbleness enter into your life,
things appear automatically. Everything has a natural beauty.

The Concept
of God as Energy Rather Than as a Personality

God is in fact light.

Psychology only began in 19th century. It was
natural for tribal people to express higher power as a personality. Cf. All
gods are male.

See God inside yourself. Internalize the mail god
figure (divinity) inside yourself. ® Get in touch with what that image is.

God Being
Impartial and Unemotional

Cf. Middle Eastern People

Pull out of your emotional relationship, then win back the
power.

Altered states of consciousness; trance states,
out-of-body experiences, ESP, psycho-kinesis…

In the altered state of consciousness, you begin to see
how the symbols express themselves.

Unconditional love is a total acceptance of another being.

Identify with the infinite self inside of you rather than
your body or the physical things around you. Link in to the infinity inside of
you. The way to understand miracle is that it’ll have to move though energy to
get to you.

There is no logical explanation for a lot of things. You
pull to you the results that you need through a dimension that is not solid.

You detach somewhat yourself from social and ethnic tribal
belief system and energy a little bit. You don’t want to take on the identity
of the tribe. Ex. Irish man

Great beings won the battle of the mind throughout the
history of time: part of you that hold on to the ego, the negativity, the
belief in limitation vs. joyous, heading-out, loving, expansive part belief in
limitation.

Inner mind has had control of your life. Inner mind makes
you sick just to control you. As you become more infinite, the ego – the dark
part of mind begins to back off, and you may have a feeling that you’re dying.
It’s not physical. It’s your personality.

Establish the idea of A) You are worthy. B) You can
receive. Learn to be comfortable receiving. Once comfortable, the quality of
your giving is enhanced: Unconditional giving. Cf. polyester shirt. Watch how
well you receive; key to be able to become expansive.

All of religions and philosophy teaches us to concentrate
on God outside ourselves and people in the society. You are on your own: You
come in as an individual and go out as an individual: SW’s philosophy.

God doesn’t have a minute-by-minute concentration. Cf.
Multinational corporation. God doesn’t have an opinion. It also frees you. You
can have an uninterrupted and pure reflection.

Be more specific. Ex 1. “I want more money.” Being
specific and leaving it open enough so it can come from anywhere. Ex 2. “I’d
like to increase my income 10 fold in the next 6 months, and then, I’ll take it
from anywhere.” Don’t be wishy-washy. In the moment of indecision, get back
inside of yourself and get clear. As you move toward simplicity and
un-complicate your life, the mission in life comes naturally. “Hey, I want to
be a violinist.”

Light only can be congruent with you if you’re balanced.
1. Physical; Be aware of the workings of your body 2. Emotional 3. Mental
balance (not engaging too much logic) ® you don’t rush. You don’t give away your power. You keep your life immaculate.

There is no time. Live in a state of eternal now. Patience: You know it’ll be there. That itself becomes an affirmation where it
pulls it to you. 10 years is not a long time.

Affirmation: words that affirm your
individuality, your power, and your strength.
Ex. “I’m a power and positive
individual. All events in this day are for my highest goods.” The content of
mind changes and it reflects out into life changes, and the quality of your
life improves.

Creative
Visualization

The definition: The ability to use your imagination
to stimulate your feelings into believing the situation is so before it
materializes in your life. The inner mind doesn’t know the difference between
fact and fantasy. It’s a habit that you have to form for yourself.

Some people don’t have the ability to conceptualize things
that are not in front of us unless they actually see it and touch it.

Self-acceptance: Using Creative Visualization, you
have to see the shape of your face as beautiful. “It is an utter beauty.” ® The process becomes simpler. ® Begin to heal yourself with positive energy
You reflect the positive of you onto others. Cf. victim energy ® Life creates victim.

“I’m angry with myself.” When you are centered, happy,
balanced, you’ll see only happiness and beauty around life and outer things
don’t affect you. See yourself as a completed individual: you’re not perfect is
perfect. – Part of Creative Visualization.

Avoid areas that cause emotional problems, careful not to
be sucked into the situation that you know you don’t deal well. Engineer your
life to enhance your strength.

Higher purpose in life: Begin to give yourself
higher ideals, dedication to the force. Use Creative Visualization; see
yourself walk through life with some kind of higher purposes. Whatever the
purpose may be, your gift to the world is what you are.

Goal setting: A. Because you should be able to
conceptualize, the point is not setting a goal that is not possible for you for
now. B. You don’t have to be dogmatic. Cf. looking for a beetle in a desert – a
worthless way of spending their life. Change the goal whenever  you need
to.

See yourself through projects: More than likely to
pull to you other people that will help you make the project work. Have to
transfer what you want. Have a strong image of what the project is. Infuse the
project with light and love. See your team members understanding what the
project is. A project oftentimes fails because of lack of communication. ®  Become organized and clear yourself
as an individual.

Creating sanctuary for yourself: Pull out yourself
from hustle and bustle of daily life and set up your own sanctuary. Have to
have time to look at your feelings. Make negative things unimportant. Make good
things important. Process negativities out.

The world is not scarce. Using the creative visualization
technique and miracle action plan, you begin to see yourself more prosperous.
See yourself prosperous, you become more prosperous. A wealthy businessperson
is comfortable with money, receiving, and sees himself in the market creating
many things. Creative visualization is like writing a film script.

You find yourself in control financially. How much your
life style costs you.

The concept inside you: Creative Visualization and
feeling. You’ll always be looked after that there’ll always be enough money,

Your goal has to be a purpose in life, not an
addiction/obsession. (You destroy your energy and the quality of your desire) A
part of you has to release the desire. Begin to see your life as an affirmation
of believing yourself. ® Believing
yourself becomes natural.

There will be a golden age. You fix it for yourself as an
individual and radiate that magnificence to others.

“Life Was Never Meant to Be a Struggle”

Just a gentle progression from one point to another, much
like walking through a valley on a sunny day

1)  The
Struggler’s Hall of Fame

The nature doesn’t struggle in sustaining itself.
Struggle is an effort laced with emotion and desperation: our physical
condition as a human involves effort.

Life is a symbol of your innermost thought and feelings:
what you believe about yourself.

When things go too easy, your inner-self admits an energy
that says “Warning! Warning!” – Experience circumstances congruent with our
inner-belief: Life is a struggle.

The Hero

1.  The male
version:
“I get respect. Everybody acknowledges my heroism.” ® Lack of personal acceptance stands out a
mile.

2.  The terrorist
type:
Because he’s uncomfortable with himself, finds he’s unable to deal
with society. Operates outside the society and finds it hard to accept
any one’s help. He wants acceptance, not success. Se he usually self-destructs
successes. He fights the system rather than uses it. He never gets what he
wants.

3.  The
professional wimp:
Lacking in his ability to command life, allows everybody
to tow him around by the nose.

1.       The spiritual wimp: Has huge ego, sitting around, being
special. His failure threatens people. Expect people to treat him life God.

4.  The Goddess: achieves
the male counterpart. “Please, accept me for I’m great.”=”I know I’m weaker.”

1.       Wilty wallflower: She creates more and more dramatic scenario
of helplessness in order to get attention. She pulls out a litany of disasters.
She just wants you to commiserate.

å They’re all stupid. They are playing out their facets of their personality.

2)  Identifying
Struggle

The first step in reducing struggle is identifying it. Go
into every aspect of your life. Evaluate what you get out of it in relation to
what you put in.

“Strugglometer”

1.  Physical body: Weaknesses allow you to enjoy the journey more fully.

2.  Emotional
balance:
“If I create enough fuss, will you love me?” Be more forgiving of
yourself. More detached. Everything becomes a lesson. Communication usually
works. Avoid conflict. Walk away if the situation is unchangeable or untenable.

3.  Relationships: People reflect back to us what we are. Ask yourself what opinion you hold about
the relationship or yourself that causes it not to go the way you want. What is
the level of your giving and receiving?

4.  Physical
living circumstances:
“Are you at the mercy of circumstances?”

5.  Finances: “Is your life contained and balanced within the money that you do have?”

6.  Attitude to
the world around you:
If you let the world affect how you feel, what you’re
saying is “I don’t make my own decisions.” Do not try to fix things. See the
world as an infinite evolution. Leave the world alone and concentrate on
yourself.

7.  Ability to
handle conflict (divergence of opinions):
To win a moral victory at the
expense of your sanity is dumb.

8.  Ability to
handle stress:
Stress is natural.

9.  Psychological
state:
Anguish is caused by the combination of physical state or opinion

10. Spiritual balance: Spiritual person is real. He doesn’t play games. He doesn’t have to make
excuses. “I am what I am.” He’s happy with either he’s not all-knowing or he’s
perfect.

See the fake character as real and struggle to maintain
that. Insecure people play out a character in a play, which is not truth.

3)  The
Struggler’s Hit-Parade

Struggles crave acceptance. The strugglers have
low self-esteem. By lacking in identity, shift the attention from real inside
of themselves to the symbols outside of life. “Please accept me.” Cf. owning a
yacht. Acquisitions have short shelf life.

The strugglers often have big egos. Because they
talk themselves into greater opinions of themselves so they can sustain. Has to
be exaggerated because they don’t see worth in what they are. Ego personality
goes in the same direction as the higher self, things flow. Ego personality
lives the variation of the truth, which is its opinion.

Struggles feel that the struggle is noble. To
justify the fact that their life is out of control.

Strugglers set unrealistic goals. See only the
goals, not the path. He is trapped by his opinions of how to reach the goal. No
other possibilities exist. He often misses shortcuts.

Struggles lack understanding: physical plane and
how the marketplace works. Strugglers can’t be bothered. The world owes him a
living. He also lacks metaphysical knowledge. He goes after life and
pushes it away.

He worries what others think of them. They are
very social animals. They are not sure about themselves so they worry about
what others think of them. Only you have the answers. Others do not have all
the facts. People will always manipulate you into their way of thinking.

Strugglers lack stability. Stability is the key to
a worry-free existence. To have balance and stability, you have to exercise
control over every area of life. Develop the power to say no to the situations
that are not a part of your overall intention for yourself. You have to be
happy about your life right now so your energy moves forward: Don’t have to
settle with what you have now. There must be lessons for here and now.

Strugglers often lack concentration. Concentration
is a key discipline in personal growth and development. Concentrate on a goal
until it’s completed. Cf. “Thanks for calling, but I can’t talk to you right
now. Call back in Christmas.” Through concentration, you become powerful.

Strugglers have poorly-designed life styles. How
you get them with minimum effort. Cut out things that are superfluous. Hold on
to a life of simplicity.

Struggler lack order. Otherwise, you’ll dissipate
energy, wasting time in confusion.

Strugglers lack concerted action in the market place. Strugglers
don’t like concerted action.

4)  Dumping
Struggle

1.        Opinion: Struggle is always how you feel about
something, your opinions, laced. Laced with negative emotion. Change the way
you view things. You feel about something; opinion

2.        Timing: Usually takes longer than we think.

3.        Cast of Characters: Some are eminently suitable.
First, accept the help of others. Secondly, chooses your characters carefully.
You must get the most of them. Cf. popularity contest among kids. Never be
afraid to let someone go if they are not right.

4.        Is the army marching with no boots? Have all the
components that you need? Just because you love somebody, there’s no reason to
marry him. A good general doesn’t commit his troops until he knows what he know
what he’s getting into. Cf. publishing a magazine

5.        Am I trying to capture a castle I don’t really need or
want?
Do you actually want the end result? Cf. dating a guy whose brother
you love. Give 5 good reasons for saying no. Look for the exit while walking
into a relationship or a project.

6.        Am I resisting? You have go beyond rigid opinion.
There are always more than one ways of skinning a rabbit. Look for all the
angles that you may have missed.

7.        Am I content with conditions? If conditions don’t suit
you, change them.

8.        Am I in control? It’s OK to get what you want from
life.

5)  Conclusion

Effort is a part of condition as a physical being.
Struggle is not natural. Have the courage to identify the causes of struggle.
All struggles can be eliminated.

Further, it may take time to reprogram your attitudes for
more carefree existence because struggle is a programmed response.

Place yourself in a non-confrontive mode. First, with
yourself and then, with the world around you. The freshness that new energy
bring to your life allows your emotions to take on resonating in a calm. In a
calm, it allows pull more opportunities to yourself because energy seeks its
own kind. Balance and great, good fortune can only come to a person who is
balanced and feels fortunate.

Toss out one aspect of you life each day that you causes
difficulty. Make a note of your progress.

Teach others that life is never meant to be a struggle.

    memory bank, you tend to associate theta with anger and frustration

Taming the Ego

Life is the journey from ego to spirit

“Who am I? What are my impulses and urges? What are the
functions and the dysfunctions that I have to work beyond?”

Wanting to mediate is step one; being good is not so vital

Being Ready and Able To Release

Letting go is the second part

Deciding You’re Spiritual Being

The third part is deciding and comprehending that you are
spiritual being

“What is infinity actually feel like?” Knowing that you’re
eternal is feeling that you’re eternal

Perfection isn’t what we’re seeking; reconciliation is:
“This character is OK.”

Embrace the God Force within you, where accept yourself

Love

Love is a form of concentration

Turing within through meditation is the act of concentrating
upon a deep sense of your true spiritual identity

Setting up the Meditation

Agree to the discipline: Do it on a regular basis: i.e. 24
minutes a day

Rise early: Rise at 4 A.M. and walk in a forest everyday in
the dark; shortly thereafter, do your meditation

  1. Sit in a chair
  2. Back straight
  3. Face the south
  4. Take a slow, gentle breath
  5. Hold that for a moment
  6. Exhale
  7. Take another slow, gentle breath
  8. Hold that for a moment
  9. Exhale; tell yourself; “I’m going deeper and deeper, more
    and more relaxed, deeper and deeper.”
  10. Take 3 breaths in this way
  11. Body-talk yourself into the state of relaxation
  12. See your body relaxing; see yourself moving gently away
    from that reality that we know as external realty

Etheric Exercise

  1. See the heart charka opening like a flower
  2. Move to the throat and see that opening
  3. Move to the third eye and see that opening
  4. Feel the golden light pouring through the crown charka on
    top of your head
  5. Feel yourself connecting into the other levels, worlds
  6. Picture or words will come to you; ego will interrupt you:
    Push up against that
  7. Create as bland a mind as possible
  8. You’ll see colored blobs move across your eyes
  9. You’ll see symbols in the dark background: Passably watch
  10. The screen and the darkness go blank
  11. Images come at you right at the center of your vision:
    intrinsic feeling and energy of their own
  12. Establish the feeling of being or evolving somewhere else
  13. Step to another world

Elements of Men: Elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Ether

  1. See yourself sitting in a desolate area: valley with no
    grass in the middle of nowhere: “I am what I am. I don’t need things
    around to hold me up”
  2. On your power spot, center upon that divinity within that
    eternity within
  3. Visualize a small fire
  4. In your minds’ eye, put your hand forward
  5. Take a flame from the fire; place it into your heart
  6. Visualize a clear pool of water
  7. Take a small amount water in your hand
  8. Drink that water
  9. Feel the freshness, Tao, calmness, purity of water
  10. Visualize a black raven
  11. See yourself being inside that raven, floating in the air
    above the valley, picking up the thermals, being a part of the air
    element, experience the freshness of the wind and the beauty of the
    breezes
  12. Float around as the bird for while
  13. Come back out of the bird
  14. Center your concentrate on your power spot
  15. Focus upon experiencing the element of earth
  16. Feel the power of the earth underneath you
  17. Pick up like a spiral of energy from the center of the
    earth
  18. Wound it up around your spine
  19. Pick up another spiral
  20. Experience the sense of being a human, being alive, being
    a part of the ever-changing seasons of the earth plane
  21. Visualize it as light
  22. See yourself there on the power spot
  23. Imagine yourself surrounded by the flashing light,
    lighting-fast, vile, little light that’s like coursing through one’s entire
    being

Feeling strong, feeling well

  1. Direct the light of positive energy to the areas that need
    healing, creating a sense of wellness, a sense of composure
  2. Look in terms of what parts of your life is bothering you

If somebody is driving your crazy;

  1. Send them light to work upon them

If you want to get shut of them;

  1. Go the power spot in the desolate area
  2. Visualize the person standing in front you
  3. Make him really small
  4. Put him into your hand
  5. Take him from a live, colored person to a black-and-white
    person
  6. Look at him in your hand
  7. Blow him gently to get rid of him
  8. See him gone in the distance way out of your life

If a situation is bothering you;

  1. Visualize the situation in front of you or create a symbol
    that describes the situation
  2. Blow that away
  3. See that healed, transcending to a positive resolution

Divine Order Meditation

  • Seeing the things that you want in life granted
  • You have to be able to really feel them and make them a
    part of your energy
  • Thing that you’re going for has to become a part of your
    feelings
  1. Visualize it, imagining it on the road up in front of you
  2. Go past it
  3. Look back at it, granted
  4. Put it into your feelings: You see it complete; make it a
    part of your heart

Your efforts direct you to where the completion is, where
this thing that you desire will be delivered into your life

Meditation of Gratitude

Sitting on the power spot in a desolate area, feel your
humanness

Feel gratitude for your spiritual masculinity

Gratitude gives you a sense of balance, completion,
giving thanks for what you’ve received and opening yourself up to other things
later

Put Up and Breathe In and Out People That You Love or
People That You Have Trouble With

  1. Visualize yourself sitting on a power spot
  2. Breathe in, saying their name; breathe out, projecting
    light and love to them 3 to 11 times
  • In the act of pushing
    goodness, non-judgment, serenity and love to people, you heighten your
    energy
  • Do this at the beginning of the meditation
