What are my impulses and urges? What are the<br>\n  functions and the dysfunctions that I have to work beyond?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wanting to mediate is step one; being good is not so vital<\/p>\n<h3>Being Ready and Able To Release<\/h3>\n<p>Letting go is the second part<\/p>\n<h3>Deciding You\u2019re Spiritual Being<\/h3>\n<p>The third part is deciding and comprehending that you are<br>\n  spiritual being<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat is infinity actually feel like?\u201d Knowing that you\u2019re<br>\n  eternal is feeling that you\u2019re eternal<\/p>\n<p>Perfection isn\u2019t what we\u2019re seeking; reconciliation is:<br>\n  \u201cThis character is OK.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Embrace the God Force within you, where accept yourself<\/p>\n<h3>Love<\/h3>\n<p>Love is a form of concentration<\/p>\n<p>Turing within through meditation is the act of concentrating<br>\n  upon a deep sense of your true spiritual identity<\/p>\n<h3>Setting up the Meditation<\/h3>\n<p>Agree to the discipline: Do it on a regular basis: i.e. 24<br>\n  minutes a day<\/p>\n<p>Rise early: Rise at 4 A.M. and walk in a forest everyday in<br>\n  the dark; shortly thereafter, do your meditation<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>Sit in a chair<\/li>\n  <li>Back straight<\/li>\n  <li>Face the south<\/li>\n  <li>Take a slow, gentle breath<\/li>\n  <li>Hold that for a moment<\/li>\n  <li>Exhale<\/li>\n  <li>Take another slow, gentle breath<\/li>\n  <li>Hold that for a moment<\/li>\n  <li>Exhale; tell yourself; \u201cI\u2019m going deeper and deeper, more<br>\n    and more relaxed, deeper and deeper.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>Take 3 breaths in this way<\/li>\n  <li>Body-talk yourself into the state of relaxation<\/li>\n  <li>See your body relaxing; see yourself moving gently away<br>\n    from that reality that we know as external realty<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Etheric Exercise<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>See the heart charka opening like a flower<\/li>\n  <li>Move to the throat and see that opening<\/li>\n  <li>Move to the third eye and see that opening<\/li>\n  <li>Feel the golden light pouring through the crown charka on<br>\n    top of your head<\/li>\n  <li>Feel yourself connecting into the other levels, worlds<\/li>\n  <li>Picture or words will come to you; ego will interrupt you:<br>\n    Push up against that<\/li>\n  <li>Create as bland a mind as possible<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019ll see colored blobs move across your eyes<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019ll see symbols in the dark background: Passably watch<\/li>\n  <li>The screen and the darkness go blank<\/li>\n  <li>Images come at you right at the center of your vision:<br>\n    intrinsic feeling and energy of their own<\/li>\n  <li>Establish the feeling of being or evolving somewhere else<\/li>\n  <li>Step to another world<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Elements of Men: Elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Ether<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>See yourself sitting in a desolate area: valley with no<br>\n    grass in the middle of nowhere: \u201cI am what I am. I don\u2019t need things<br>\n    around to hold me up\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>On your power spot, center upon that divinity within that<br>\n    eternity within<\/li>\n  <li>Visualize a small fire<\/li>\n  <li>In your minds\u2019 eye, put your hand forward<\/li>\n  <li>Take a flame from the fire; place it into your heart<\/li>\n  <li>Visualize a clear pool of water<\/li>\n  <li>Take a small amount water in your hand<\/li>\n  <li>Drink that water<\/li>\n  <li>Feel the freshness, Tao, calmness, purity of water<\/li>\n  <li>Visualize a black raven<\/li>\n  <li>See yourself being inside that raven, floating in the air<br>\n    above the valley, picking up the thermals, being a part of the air<br>\n    element, experience the freshness of the wind and the beauty of the<br>\n    breezes<\/li>\n  <li>Float around as the bird for while<\/li>\n  <li>Come back out of the bird<\/li>\n  <li>Center your concentrate on your power spot<\/li>\n  <li>Focus upon experiencing the element of earth<\/li>\n  <li>Feel the power of the earth underneath you<\/li>\n  <li>Pick up like a spiral of energy from the center of the<br>\n    earth<\/li>\n  <li>Wound it up around your spine<\/li>\n  <li>Pick up another spiral<\/li>\n  <li>Experience the sense of being a human, being alive, being<br>\n    a part of the ever-changing seasons of the earth plane<\/li>\n  <li>Visualize it as light<\/li>\n  <li>See yourself there on the power spot<\/li>\n  <li>Imagine yourself surrounded by the flashing light,<br>\n    lighting-fast, vile, little light that\u2019s like coursing through one\u2019s entire<br>\n    being<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Healing Meditation<\/h3>\n<p><i>Feeling strong, feeling well<\/i><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>Direct the light of positive energy to the areas that need<br>\n    healing, creating a sense of wellness, a sense of composure<\/li>\n  <li>Look in terms of what parts of your life is bothering you<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If somebody is driving your crazy<\/span>;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>Send them light to work upon them<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If you want to get shut of them<\/span>;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>Go the power spot in the desolate area<\/li>\n  <li>Visualize the person standing in front you<\/li>\n  <li>Make him really small<\/li>\n  <li>Put him into your hand<\/li>\n  <li>Take him from a live, colored person to a black-and-white<br>\n    person<\/li>\n  <li>Look at him in your hand<\/li>\n  <li>Blow him gently to get rid of him<\/li>\n  <li>See him gone in the distance way out of your life<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If a situation is bothering you<\/span>;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>Visualize the situation in front of you or create a symbol<br>\n    that describes the situation<\/li>\n  <li>Blow that away<\/li>\n  <li>See that healed, transcending to a positive resolution<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Divine Order Meditation<\/h3>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Seeing the things that you want in life granted<\/li>\n  <li>You have to be able to really feel them and make them a<br>\n    part of your energy<\/li>\n  <li>Thing that you\u2019re going for has to become a part of your<br>\n    feelings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>Visualize it, imagining it on the road up in front of you<\/li>\n  <li>Go past it<\/li>\n  <li>Look back at it, granted<\/li>\n  <li>Put it into your feelings: You see it complete; make it a<br>\n    part of your heart<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Your efforts direct you to where the completion is, where<br>\n  this thing that you desire will be delivered into your life<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Meditation of Gratitude<\/h3>\n<p>Sitting on the power spot in a desolate area, feel your<br>\n  humanness<\/p>\n<p>Feel gratitude for your spiritual masculinity<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Gratitude gives you a sense of balance, completion,<br>\n  giving thanks for what you\u2019ve received and opening yourself up to other things<br>\n  later<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Put Up and Breathe In and Out People That You Love or<br>\n  People That You Have Trouble With<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n  <li>Visualize yourself sitting on a power spot<\/li>\n  <li>Breathe in, saying their name;
