What<br>\n    we call the negative experience is any contradiction of the ego\u2019s opinion. <br>\n    Cf. Break your ankle, the check bounces, gets laid off\u2026<\/li>\n  <li>Emotional pain is all self-inflicted.<\/li>\n  <li>It\u2019s an illusion to say we\u2019ve gotta to be cozy, safe,<br>\n    rich, healthy, live forever<\/li>\n  <li>What is your desire? What is your desire to consolidate<br>\n    your power? What is your desire to become free? What is your desire to<br>\n    perceive the world in a deferent way? Can you let go of a way to find<br>\n    yourself today?<\/li>\n  <li>In the end, it\u2019s the level of your desire because spirit<br>\n    never comes down to fetch you.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">Put your arm up, reach out<br>\n    and say to that infinite god Force inside of you\u2014reach up and say, \u201cHey, I<br>\n    want to change. I want to go beyond where I find myself now; because if I don\u2019t,<br>\n    I\u2019ll bore myself to death.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>If you leg the ego win, then you\u2019re bound to fail<\/li>\n  <li>If the word isn\u2019t law to you, your mind knows<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019ve gotta be action-oriented<\/li>\n  <li>Face your insecurities. Face your fears &amp; really look<br>\n    at yourself<\/li>\n  <li>Accept the restriction. Accept the negativity. Accept the<br>\n    ego. Accept the evil. \u2192 Transcend them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The Concept of the Infinite Self<\/h2>\n<h3>How to See the Life Force<\/h3>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Get yourself in a relaxed state. Stare at the op of a big<br>\n    tree, preferably at sunset. After a minute or so, move your gaze to the<br>\n    area of sky to the right of the tree. Stare approximately where the one<br>\n    o\u2019clock position would be on a clock. Now, without moving your eyes from<br>\n    that point in the sky, move your attention back to the top of the tree,<br>\n    don\u2019t move your eyes, just adjust your attention. By doing so, you engage<br>\n    your peripheral vision. You\u2019ll se the enormous flamelike spirals of energy<br>\n    firing out from the tree in all directions.<\/li>\n  <li>Good time is after a fast.<\/li>\n  <li>When you are ready to release and detach and let go, you<br>\n    gain everything.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Disciplines<\/h3>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Nutritional disciplines<\/li>\n  <li>Fasting<\/li>\n  <li>The discipline of walking in the forest<\/li>\n  <li>The discipline of attending meditations and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">meetings<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Reading &amp; studying<\/li>\n  <li>Taking time aside each day for silence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Spiritual growth and the getting of a higher awareness is<br>\n    not necessarily convenient.<\/li>\n  <li>Only the ego needs to define, discriminate, quantify, and<br>\n    measure things in order to create an edge or frame work to life so that it<br>\n    can understand things<\/li>\n  <li>The God Force is everywhere. The God Force and God are one<br>\n    and the same<\/li>\n  <li>Because of definitions, we limit ourselves<\/li>\n  <li>The Infinite Being has no definition<\/li>\n  <li>Something or someone won\u2019t raise you up; energy seek its<br>\n    own level. The only way to sustain a higher energy is to create it from<br>\n    within yourself. You can only borrow that inspiration<\/li>\n  <li>It\u2019s perpetual process, unfolding within you forever and<br>\n    ever.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 1: I Am God<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>The God Force is within you<\/li>\n  <li>You have to internalize the God Force<\/li>\n  <li>The infinite you had a vision of what it was gonna be<br>\n    getting into in this lifetime: You didn\u2019t come here by accident<\/li>\n  <li>Accept where you are<\/li>\n  <li>Almost everything is reversible, and what you can\u2019t<br>\n    change, you probably don\u2019t need to change<\/li>\n  <li>Rather than fighting the ugliness, your misfortune, love<br>\n    the circumstances:<br>\n    \u201cThank you, God, for sending me these teachers. They are driving me<br>\n    crackers, and what they\u2019re teaching me is not to react. They strengthen me<br>\n    by teaching me to transmute negative energy into positive energy. Using<br>\n    these people, I will convert irritation, hatred, and reaction into at<br>\n    least a neutral energy of passivity or, if possible, love. These assholes<br>\n    are my venerated teachers. I am truly grateful to god for sending me so<br>\n    many assholes. Thank you for allowing me to be here on the earth plane. What<br>\n    an incredible experience. Isn\u2019t it fantastic that, almost free of charge,<br>\n    I\u2019m surrounded by 55 assholes who are going to teach me a lot about<br>\n    myself?\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>The ego wants to be paid more than it\u2019s actually worth.<\/li>\n  <li>Even if conditions from the ego\u2019s definition of grim, from<br>\n    the Infinite definition, it\u2019s all a part of your learning experince\u2015your<br>\n    challenge.<\/li>\n  <li>I\u2019m also beyond fear: Fear is a manifestation of the ego;<br>\n    negative energy is only a contradiction of the ego\u2019s opinion.<\/li>\n  <li>The point of spiritual maturity is accepting where you<br>\n    are, who you are, what you are, and the second part is knowing that you<br>\n    create your destiny.<\/li>\n  <li>\u201cI am the God Force within. I can\u2019t necessarily feel it,<br>\n    but I\u2019m imagining it in the meantime.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 2: Expanding Your Inner Awareness<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>You are a feeling<\/li>\n  <li>Whatever you concentrate upon, is what will eventually<br>\n    manifest in life: \u201cWhere your mind goes, energy flows.\u201d \u2015 Earnest Holms<\/li>\n  <li>Whatever you concentrate upon, empowers you<\/li>\n  <li>Police your dialog &amp; cut out depreciating statements<br>\n    that destroy your energy &amp; make you sick<\/li>\n  <li>\u201cHow you feel?\u201d \u2192 \u201cFantastic!\u201d: It doesn\u2019t matter if your<br>\n    life isn\u2019t fantastic. That\u2019s only the ego\u2019s point of view.<\/li>\n  <li>Replace a negative thought, saying quietly to yourself; \u201cI<br>\n    don\u2019t accept that negative energy. I don\u2019t accept that fear. I am a love.<br>\n    I am positivity. Everything flows through me. Everything comes to me for<br>\n    my highest good.<\/li>\n  <li>Daily life, the circumstances of your life are external<br>\n    symbols of inner you. Cf: Black cat<br>\n    The universe is trying to take you by the hand and lead you on. Cf:<br>\n    Excalibur<\/li>\n  <li>Power comes from the serenity of your emotions<\/li>\n  <li>You don\u2019t have to be perfect to be serene.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: fuchsia;\">\u201cI am serene &amp;<br>\n    balanced whether life is perfect or not.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>As your emotions calm down, power comes up<\/li>\n  <li>It\u2019s paradox of the ego that, one hand, it\u2019s babbling<br>\n    away, trying to build itself up, trying to generate gratifying<br>\n    experiences, trying to maintain its importance, and then, in the same<br>\n    breath, it generates negativity to trash itself.<\/li>\n  <li>Only the ego would believe that, in moaning and groaning,<br>\n    things might get better.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t buy the emotion; buy the solution.<\/li>\n  <li>Everything is feeling.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">In a silent moment, ask the<br>\n    Infinity within you to show you something in the next 24 hours, something<br>\n    you have never seen before\u2015a perception, an intuition, a different way of<br>\n    looking at things that you\u2019ve seen a hundred times before. <br>\n    Then, watch carefully. Something unusual will pop up\u2015and you\u2019ll see that<br>\n    the external &amp; internal universe is talking to you that it loves you<br>\n    in its detached way.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 3: Having the Courage to Go Beyond<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Having the courage to let go<\/li>\n  <li>Fear is just a manifestation of the ego<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">One has to trust<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Blind faith before you have any real proof that this Infinite<br>\n    Self is there or that it will work for you<\/li>\n  <li>You have to listen to the Infinity within you<\/li>\n  <li>You have to have the courage to be different<\/li>\n  <li>You have to have the courage to accept &amp; weather the<br>\n    pain and aggravation that the ego will go through. (Cf. Throw yourself in<br>\n    the river at 4 AM every morning for a week.)<\/li>\n  <li>Allow yourself to become vulnerable<\/li>\n  <li>Enter into the spiritual beauty of moving and flowing<br>\n    without necessarily knowing which way to go or how you\u2019ll get there<\/li>\n  <li>Believe. Believe. Believe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 4: The Courage to Accept Spirit as Your Inner Guide<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Is she home or isn\u2019t she? At the beginning, it doesn\u2019t<br>\n    matter if you are right or wrong.<\/li>\n  <li>The ego personality cannot accept that something else is<br>\n    more important, cleverer, more knowing than itself.<\/li>\n  <li>As you begin to trust this guidance, it\u2019ll take you to<br>\n    where you need to go, to the next person, to the next opportunity, to the<br>\n    next place, to the next money-making idea.<\/li>\n  <li>As you concentrate upon it, it becomes stronger. A door<br>\n    opens inside of you.<\/li>\n  <li>\u201cHello, little ego, I know you\u2019re scared of letting go. I<br>\n    know you are scared of quitting this little job in case there isn\u2019t<br>\n    another one. But we\u2019re eternal. We\u2019re abundant, infinite. I know there\u2019s<br>\n    something better up ahead. So don\u2019t worry, little ego. We\u2019ll be fine.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>This journey from ego to spirit is like journeying through<br>\n    the fog. You can only see a few steps in front of you. If you can see down<br>\n    the path six months, a year, five years, twenty years, here\u2019s my pension,<br>\n    here\u2019s my retirement\u2015you are deeply in tick-tock.<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019ll know if you are growing and moving toward the<br>\n    Infinite Self by the fact that you have more choices. Things will be less<br>\n    definite. \u201cHey, I feel fine right now, and my energy is rising, so I\u2019m<br>\n    sure it\u2019s gonna be fine next week, next year.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>Next time you have a free evening, try blind-folding<br>\n    yourself. <br>\n    Spend a whole evening blindfolding. You may want to walk around the house<br>\n    first and secure any areas that might be unsafe. You don\u2019t want to chuck<br>\n    yourself down the cellar steps just to discover your Infinite Self!<br>\n    Plan for the exercise to last about three hours. It\u2019s important that it<br>\n    lasts long enough for your ego to give up control. The object of the<br>\n    exercise is to disempower the ego\u2019s dominance and for you to operate just<br>\n    through feelings. So, fix your dinner, then blindfold yourself and wander<br>\n    around the house as you normally would. <br>\n    As you contend with the temporary loss of sight, you might get frustrated<br>\n    or scared or bored; you ego may react to its loss of control. Be determined,<br>\n    push against its resistance, and follow through to the end. You are trying<br>\n    to develop confidence in allowing your feelings to guide you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Or<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Blindfold yourself in a forest<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>The unknown is interesting<\/li>\n  <li>You have to learn to push against the ego\u2019s comfort zone. Cf.<br>\n    Public speaking, parachuting, walking in forest at night. Each week,<br>\n    devise one thing that you\u2019ll use to challenge yourself to push the envelop<br>\n    of your comfort zone as a part of your strengthening in life.<\/li>\n  <li>Discipline yourself to remain mentally in the now. Don\u2019t<br>\n    allow the mind to daydream. Don\u2019t worry about the future. Don\u2019t<br>\n    future-think too much. Stay centered in the eternal present.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 5: Accepting Negativity As a Learning Experience<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Embracing the Infinite Self is changing one\u2019s attitude to<br>\n    negativity in general<\/li>\n  <li>The ego has rules &amp; regulations. It has needs &amp;<br>\n    desires &amp; opinions &amp; beliefs &amp; fears<\/li>\n  <li>Poverty in western world comes from more often than not<br>\n    lack of concerted energy<\/li>\n  <li>In our system, you have to create energy if you want things.<\/li>\n  <li>When you look at negative energy, you\u2019re only looking at<br>\n    contradictions of the ego. Cf. Harry died<\/li>\n  <li>There are infinite reasons beyond our understanding; we<br>\n    just have to be compassionate &amp; understand that what people are going<br>\n    through, whether it is a positive or negative event, is a part of their<br>\n    evolution<\/li>\n  <li>We can\u2019t go any faster than we\u2019re going<\/li>\n  <li>If we get too hang up in the political &amp; social<br>\n    issues, too sucked into causes, you get very firmly stuck inside the<br>\n    definitions of the ego<\/li>\n  <li>Detachment isn\u2019t callousness: their evolution is<br>\n    sacrosanct<\/li>\n  <li>Collapse is the way our people understand that they have<br>\n    to change their game plan &amp; raise their energy<\/li>\n  <li>Everyone has had rough patches in their lives, but when<br>\n    you work through the rough patch, there\u2019s a moment when you turn it around<\/li>\n  <li>We cannot know what people know; we cannot why things are<br>\n    the way they are<\/li>\n  <li>Spread the goodness, but we won\u2019t infringe upon people<\/li>\n  <li>In the end, you have to buy your own healing either with<br>\n    money or with your energy<\/li>\n  <li>Raising people\u2019s energy from the above doesn\u2019t work.<\/li>\n  <li>Be kind, be generous, be gracious, be a big person &amp;<br>\n    give of yourself\u2015give of your energy<\/li>\n  <li>All the agony we experience emotionally and psychologically<br>\n    is agony of the ego. If the ego didn\u2019t have dogma, opinions, positions it<br>\n    has to defend, you couldn\u2019t have negative energy.<\/li>\n  <li>Negativity is a part of people\u2019s evolution<\/li>\n  <li>If the world were perfect, we wouldn\u2019t be here<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 6: We Learn About the World through Belief Patterns and Then Go beyond<br>\n  It<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>The central point of the tribe\u2019s identity is its ego self<\/li>\n  <li>If you are not very evolved, the tribal mind offers you<br>\n    the familiarity &amp; safety of collective consciousness, collective<br>\n    strength<\/li>\n  <li>The point of the collectivism of the tribal mind is<br>\n    control. Cf. Women were commodity<\/li>\n  <li>You don\u2019t need a third party to intercede between you and<br>\n    God<\/li>\n  <li>If you want to talk to God, quite the mind through meditation<br>\n    &amp; prayer, feel it out<\/li>\n  <li>None of the tribal belief patterns will ever set you free<\/li>\n  <li>One of the exercises I gave people in a seminar once was<br>\n    to put on a chicken outfit and go to work. So throw away the little piece<br>\n    of cloth around your neck, and put on a chicken outfit instead. Don\u2019t<br>\n    explain to anybody at the office why you\u2019re wearing a chicken outfit.<br>\n    Let\u2019s say you work in a bank. Just walk in, sit down, and start cashing<br>\n    people\u2019s checks. When your co-workers ask, \u201cWhy are you wearing a chicken<br>\n    outfit?\u201d answer \u201cWhat chicken outfit?\u201d The point of this exercise is for<br>\n    you to get into the habit of believing in yourself as a solid inner<br>\n    identity, a spirit, a divine energy inside a body, rather than a social<br>\n    projection of self, who has to fit in and win approval by saying all the<br>\n    right things and wearing all the socially acceptable uniforms. Instead,<br>\n    you can say to yourself, \u201cI am what I am. I\u2019m a divine spark inside a body<br>\n    that happens to be wearing a chicken outfit.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>A lot of the issue about conformity is the ego\u2019s seeking<br>\n    approval.<\/li>\n  <li>Start to do things that break up the rigid conformity that<br>\n    the mind has and the fear that it has of breaking away from the mold.<\/li>\n  <li>The routine that you\u2019re familiar with day-to-day is a part<br>\n    of your ego\u2019s authority over you. By doing things differently, you begin<br>\n    to challenge it authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 7: All Human Knowledge is Affected By Human Weakness<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Ego feels insecure, so nails a list of demands to your<br>\n    forehead<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019re in flow; you\u2019re only gonna see a few yards in front<br>\n    of you<\/li>\n  <li>You can feel secure even when you don\u2019t know. It\u2019s only a<br>\n    bad habit you\u2019ve gotta know; you don\u2019t. When you become spirit, you become<br>\n    more open, and then, you can just accept things &amp; flow<\/li>\n  <li>You have to move not knowing. Feeling away along, asking<br>\n    yourself constantly: \u201cHow does this feel? Does it feel right?\u201d If it<br>\n    doesn\u2019t, make adjustments.<\/li>\n  <li>If you\u2019re balanced today, you\u2019ll be more balanced tomorrow<br>\n    because your energy is going up. If you\u2019re abundant today, you\u2019ll be more<br>\n    abundant tomorrow because your energy is expanding.<\/li>\n  <li>You have to be self-sufficient; you\u2019ve gotta go through<br>\n    life to go past it. You have to generate enough energy to sustain yourself<\/li>\n  <li>On this spiritual path, nothing is guaranteed. The only<br>\n    guarantee is energy.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t drift into self-importance. Don\u2019t get into status<br>\n    trips.<\/li>\n  <li>To be always talking is against nature. He who boasts of<br>\n    what he\u2019ll do, succeeds in nothing.<\/li>\n  <li>The initiate doesn\u2019t care to be special.<\/li>\n  <li>When people yearn for things, it makes them weak. Cf.<br>\n    Falling in love<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">Take a moment each day before<br>\n    you go to sleep or before you rise in the morning to give thanks for what<br>\n    you do have. \u201cThis life is beautiful. These children are beautiful. This<br>\n    home isn\u2019t so great, but thank you, thank you, Great Spirit, for providing<br>\n    a shelter. Thank you for these clothes &amp; these friendships. Thank you<br>\n    for these economic opportunities.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Guilt was invented by the tribe as a form of control. Most<br>\n    things you might feel guilt about are just rules that other people<br>\n    invented.<\/li>\n  <li>In the eternal Tao, there are o ups and downs; there is<br>\n    not good and evil. There is high energy that sets people free and<br>\n    expresses love, and there\u2019s low energy that restricts, controls, and<br>\n    manipulates people. But it is only energy. There are no absolutes and no<br>\n    judgments in the grace of the Infinite Self.<\/li>\n  <li>There are no completely innocent victims. If you put out<br>\n    restriction, weakness, manipulation &amp; lack, you pull to you negative<br>\n    experiences. The victim and the aggressor are one and the same energy.<\/li>\n  <li>Guilt is worthless.<\/li>\n  <li>There is no real sin. There are low energy actions and<br>\n    feelings, and there are high energy actions. We come to experience both<br>\n    types of energy, both types of action in this lifetime.<\/li>\n  <li>Whatever you did in the past was a part of your learning.<\/li>\n  <li>Poor self-image comes from childhood. Concentrate &amp;<br>\n    love yourself. Take quite time &amp; meditate. Acknowledge yourself for<br>\n    the things you have achieved. Have the will to improve yourself, to raise<br>\n    your energy. Exercise. Become more organized.<\/li>\n  <li>If you have poor self-image, the 1<sup>st<\/sup> thing is<br>\n    accept it. Gradually go past your shame, past your guilt. Reconcile what\u2019s<br>\n    gone before.<\/li>\n  <li>These weaknesses are a part of the programming, and they<br>\n    are here to be transcended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 8: The Masters Were Supernatural Because Others Weren\u2019t<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Energy doesn\u2019t disappear; it just changes. The energy is<br>\n    the masters is perpetual.<\/li>\n  <li>Akashic Record: You can touch into the \u201ccollective<br>\n    unconsciousness\u201d where in is stored all the knowledge our humanity has<br>\n    ever had. Cf. The best guitar player ever been: put yourself into the mind<br>\n    and feeling of that guitar player. Become him or her as you learn to play;<br>\n    Watch the greatest footballers that there ever been.<\/li>\n  <li>Align to where there\u2019s brilliance. Align to the power of<br>\n    miracles, and feel it inside of you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 9: Power Comes From Discipline<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Is your desire for wisdom greater than your need to<br>\n    accommodate the ego, the personality?<\/li>\n  <li>The ego has uses because it keeps your centered &amp;<br>\n    gives you identity, but the ego is basically weak.<\/li>\n  <li>The personality that contains your memory in which the ego<br>\n    dwells is also weak because it seeks self-indulgence and seeks<br>\n    gratification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Discipline of serenity, quite time on your own<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Discipline of working on your physical body<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Discipline of disengaging from all the antagonistic, adversarial<br>\n  positions: it\u2019s hard to go beyond the ego &amp; the earth plane if you\u2019re<br>\n  constantly at war with other people<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Discipline of ordering your life<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Discipline of rising early: Go out at 4 AM each night. Cf. Tiger<br>\n  walking (outside edges of your foot \u2192 toes \u2192 heels) for an hour; mediate for 24<br>\n  minutes<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Nutritional discipline: Vegetarianism<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; The backwards thinking process at night: it cuts down the need<br>\n  for lots of trivial dreams<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; If there\u2019s some particular problem, say to yourself within, \u201cI<br>\n  want to review this situation during the night, and I want you to give me the<br>\n  answer to my problem in the morning.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Discipline of not criticizing &amp; judging too much<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Mirror exercise: Light a candle &amp; sit in front of a mirror.<br>\n  Stare at yourself there, looking slightly downwards. Stare at the center of<br>\n  your throat. Without blinking, try to watch yourself in the mirror. Play the<br>\n  metronome if you like. Bit by bit, as you relax, as you melt into the mirror<br>\n  and you let yourself go, you\u2019ll see images and feelings coming out of the<br>\n  mirror at you. At first, that may be a little freaky, but allow them to be.<br>\n  Externalization of your inner mind, your subconscious mind. Perceptions will<br>\n  come up. Bit by bit you\u2019ll have visions. Eventually, other worlds will open up,<br>\n  and you\u2019ll be able to look into the mirror, and you\u2019ll see other dimensions. Sometimes,<br>\n  those inner worlds actually appear to be coming out of the mirror towards you.<br>\n  Just watch them, and don\u2019t let them freak you out.<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Exercise<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Start thinking of yourself as a multi-directional being. \u201cWhat is<br>\n  behind you? What is to your left and right? What is below me down through the ground<br>\n  or underneath?\u201d \u201cWhat is above?\u201d Start to think of yourself resonating in 360\u00ba<br>\n  in every direction above &amp; below as well.<\/p>\n<h2>STEP 10: Centering the Mind<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Doing rain: don\u2019t react; just observe<\/li>\n  <li>Doing traffic: Observe yourself stuck in traffic along<br>\n    with 500 other people<\/li>\n  <li>Mother-in-law, check bouncing, getting laid from<br>\n    work\u2026training the mind not to trigger emotions &amp; you accept<\/li>\n  <li>Become an observer of life<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019re not your emotions, not your body, not your<br>\n    personality. You\u2019re divine infinite energy that is operating through the<br>\n    body &amp; the mind<\/li>\n  <li>Go past having to react the same way as everybody else in<br>\n    the tribal mind reacts<\/li>\n  <li>You can observe yourself being scared: it\u2019s OK to be<br>\n    scared sometimes as a human. So rather than reacting to, beat down or push<br>\n    down the fear, just observe it<\/li>\n  <li>All your questions have an answer back deep inside the<br>\n    subconscious mind<\/li>\n  <li>Brain waves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Beta: 14 cycles a second<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Alpha: 7 ~ 14<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Theta: 4 ~ 6<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>\u201cI don\u2019t accept these thoughts; I don\u2019t accept this distractions;<br>\n    I\u2019ll handle the car later. I don\u2019t accept that perception; I\u2019m changing my<br>\n    views; I\u2019m changing my focus. Thank you very much for telling me about<br>\n    this fear, but I don\u2019t accept that fear as a reality in my life. When and<br>\n    if I need to act, I will.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>Without discipline &amp; meditation, you\u2019ll get inspired<br>\n    for little a while, but bit by bit, the personality will win back all the<br>\n    ground that it\u2019s lost, and you\u2019ll find yourself the way you were before.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 11:&nbsp; Believing You Are Already the Power<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>You\u2019ve got to belong to the dream<\/li>\n  <li>The love that exudes from the light of God asks nothing in<br>\n    return. It has no emotion, criticism, preference or judgment.<\/li>\n  <li>If you want more money but can\u2019t internalize that feeling;<br>\n    if you feel lack, if you don\u2019t act abundantly; If you are not gracious<br>\n    &amp; generous of spirit; if you\u2019re not open and warm-hearted, then the<br>\n    universal law just reflects back to you your cold, tight feeling<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t be pushy with your dialogue &amp; catch phrases.<br>\n    Don\u2019t show off<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">Visualize yourself there in<br>\n    your hometown, standing across it like you\u2019re 300 or 500 feet tall, and<br>\n    you\u2019re big.<\/span> The little things of day-to-day life don\u2019t bother you.<br>\n    You are beyond them; you don\u2019t mind a little rain. You don\u2019t mind the guy<br>\n    in the post office who was rude to you. You don\u2019t mind the car that cut<br>\n    your off in traffic. You\u2019re not in a rush; you\u2019re eternal. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">You\u2019re<br>\n    bigger than the petty world of the tribal emotion<\/span>\u2014beyond the<br>\n    personality, beyond the mind.<\/li>\n  <li>In the Infinite Self, the future is now. That\u2019s why it\u2019s<br>\n    so important for your to believe in yourself now, to believe in the power<br>\n    that is with you now. If you are moving toward a goal, see it in your<br>\n    mind\u2019s eye, act it out, and feel it granted in your feelings so that I<br>\n    exists in the now.<\/li>\n  <li>So you\u2019ve got to believe, and you\u2019ve got to feel. When<br>\n    things are distanced from you, you\u2019ll never achieve them \u2026 So if abundance<br>\n    is your issue, feel abundant.<\/li>\n  <li>You don\u2019t have to know where you\u2019re going in the long<br>\n    term. You just have to know where you\u2019re placing your very next step.<\/li>\n  <li>\u201cI\u2019m eternal, immortal, universal &amp; infinite. I am<br>\n    what I am.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 12: Your Word As Law<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Don\u2019t make promises you won\u2019t keep, and don\u2019t make<br>\n    promises to others if you can\u2019t or won\u2019t follow through<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t commit if you don\u2019t have to<\/li>\n  <li>As you move your energy up faster &amp; faster, your<br>\n    ability to materialize things becomes more instantaneous. Cf. the burning<br>\n    bush<\/li>\n  <li>You have to mean what you say; choose your words carefully<\/li>\n  <li>Be purposeful and police what you think &amp; feel. If any<br>\n    crud comes into your mind, pounce on it quickly &amp; change<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t talk about yourself. Become verbally disciplined.<br>\n    Don\u2019t show off. Don\u2019t boast. Don\u2019t exaggerate. Just stay what is true<br>\n    &amp; real.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t buy all of the waffle of the mind<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">Here\u2019s an exercise that will<br>\n    strengthen your will &amp; help you along a bit. Pick a spot outside in<br>\n    the garden or in the park, wherever, and find 12 stones. Tell yourself,<br>\n    \u201cI\u2019m going to move these stones ceremoniously every morning at 7.01 A.M.<br>\n    for seven days for fifteen minutes. Then pick up the first stone, walk<br>\n    away across the garden, and place it down; bow and say to the stone,<br>\n    \u201cThank you.\u201d Then walk across the garden, pick up the second stone, and<br>\n    take it over to the other side. Place it next to the first stone. Walk<br>\n    back and forth, taking all the stones across the garden. Now, pause for a<br>\n    moment and pick up the first stone once more, walk back across the garden,<br>\n    and put it back where it was originally. Transfer all 12 stones back to<br>\n    that side of the garden again.<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>In establishing the idea of my word as law, you improve<br>\n    your ability to materialize things that you want<\/li>\n  <li>The ego has to go get, find, struggle to materialize<br>\n    things. It has to force things to happen. I has to sell itself.<\/li>\n  <li>Use your word as law, and clean up your dialogue. Don\u2019t<br>\n    talk or think in terms of things being hard, evil, ugly, difficult, and<br>\n    impossible.<\/li>\n  <li>\u201cI feel great. I\u2019m eternal, immortal, universal and<br>\n    infinite. I feel abundant.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>Watch your thought form, and don\u2019t make promises that you<br>\n    can\u2019t keep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 13: Acceptance<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Through meditation and quite time, your pain comes from<br>\n    your reaction to circumstances, not the circumstances themselves.<\/li>\n  <li>See this place, this earth, this life as beautiful, and<br>\n    see yourself as beautiful. Trust all\u2019s well with the world. All\u2019s well<br>\n    with you.<\/li>\n  <li>You gotta make these circumstances right. Cf. house,<br>\n    workplace, life<\/li>\n  <li>\u201cCircumstances in life are external manifestations of my<br>\n    thoughts and feelings. I can learn from them. I accept them.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: fuchsia;\">\u201cThe way it is is the way<br>\n    it is. It\u2019s fine. It\u2019s not perfect. I\u2019ll change for the better, but it is<br>\n    the way it is. I accept that.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Once you understand the way it is is the way it is, you<br>\n    don\u2019t have to fight circumstances. You can work on change things, but the<br>\n    first point is to accept.<\/li>\n  <li>There aren\u2019t any absolutes, but the ego develops an<br>\n    agenda. Cf. lawn mower<\/li>\n  <li>If you don\u2019t like things, walk away.<\/li>\n  <li>It\u2019s too much effort to change things. You gotta love them<br>\n    as they are: unconditional love.<\/li>\n  <li>Become a big person and do not be sucked into emotion when<br>\n    people treat you badly.<\/li>\n  <li>Cf. Taoist farmer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 14: Judge Nothing, Quantify Nothing<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>When judging &amp; criticizing people personally, we<br>\n    define reality &amp; engage the ego.<\/li>\n  <li>Everything is relative. Non-being &amp; being grow out of<br>\n    one another.<\/li>\n  <li>\u201cI have no knowledge of this person\u2019s evolution.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>Selection is not a judgment. It\u2019s making a choice without<br>\n    an emotion, without discrediting the other choice. Cf. job interview<\/li>\n  <li>Allow them to be. If you don\u2019t like what they are, who<br>\n    they are, walk away. Or, try to change the situation without infringing upon<br>\n    them, usually by your good example. Or, talk to them in an effable manner.<br>\n    Ask them questions, leading them along where they will see a higher ground<br>\n    through their own perception, own volition where they freely choose that<br>\n    direction.<\/li>\n  <li>Judgment engages your opinion and your emotion:<br>\n    Observation is nothing more than commenting on what you and others might<br>\n    have observed.<\/li>\n  <li>Just experience life rather than define it. Cf. Walk in Philadelphia<\/li>\n  <li>Visualize a little frame &amp; put it into your heart.<br>\n    Allow that frame to expand.<\/li>\n  <li>A bad meal should not be an emotional upset. It allows<br>\n    what constitutes a good meal. It helps you make selections. So, be<br>\n    grateful.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">Go to a crowded spot, a<br>\n    shopping arcade, an airport\u2026just sit &amp; watch people, but rather watch<br>\n    them intellectually, watch them from the inside of the infinite self.<br>\n    Close down your mind &amp; feel them out. Don\u2019t engaging the mind in<br>\n    defining &amp; judging. Just observe. Do it for 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Once you don\u2019t judge, a higher sense of awareness comes forward.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">As people walk past,<br>\n    visualize yourself with an extended arm. Push your imaginary hand quickly<br>\n    into their heart, and grab a molecule of that person &amp; pull it back to<br>\n    you. How does it feel? What do you perceive here? Who is this person<br>\n    passing by? What is the overriding emotion of this individual?<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t criticize personally, and try not to quantify<br>\n    things. Just experience them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 15: Hold on to Nothing<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>By placing a lot of emotion into having, you heightened<br>\n    not having because you define what you have. Everything else falls into<br>\n    the category of I do not have. The function of abundance is not to have<br>\n    money. It\u2019s to use it.<\/li>\n  <li>There\u2019s not enough money in the world for security for the<br>\n    ego.<\/li>\n  <li>You have to come from the concept of experiencing. You<br>\n    have to invest in yourself.<\/li>\n  <li>How much do you want to put into a car?<\/li>\n  <li>When you don\u2019t hold onto things, you\u2019re free: I\u2019m with<br>\n    this person today, but I don\u2019t own them.<\/li>\n  <li>The more you defend the emotion of mine, the more lack<br>\n    you\u2019ll have spiritually on an energy level.<\/li>\n  <li>I don\u2019t actually own them. I\u2019m renting them from the God<br>\n    Force.<\/li>\n  <li>Holing nothing, you own everything.<\/li>\n  <li>Half the stuff you own isn\u2019t worth having because it<br>\n    creates a prison for you.<\/li>\n  <li>If you define yourself, then there\u2019s all sorts of stuff by<br>\n    definition, you\u2019re not.<\/li>\n  <li>Hold on to nothing. Just use things. Enjoy them. Be<br>\n    grateful &amp; give thanks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 16: Don\u2019t Defend<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Don\u2019t explain yourself. Don\u2019t apologize, either.<\/li>\n  <li>The very fact that you do try to show it to someone or try<br>\n    to explain it means it is not it.<\/li>\n  <li>You can\u2019t be an exhibition of power because then your<br>\n    desire for power comes from an egotistical standpoint.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t get into arguments with people. Don\u2019t get into<br>\n    discussions with people. Don\u2019t talk about yourself. Don\u2019t talk about the<br>\n    path. Keep it to yourself. Make your life mysterious. Don\u2019t let the energy<br>\n    escape. Cf. butterflies under a hat<\/li>\n  <li>Internalize your life is the process where you see<br>\n    external life as signs, symbols, messages &amp; sign posts. It\u2019s a<br>\n    dialogue.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t apologize for your actions, your beliefs, the way<br>\n    you may be developing a different perception.<\/li>\n  <li>By explaining the power, you belittle it. By showing it,<br>\n    you\u2019re saying you don\u2019t believe it.<\/li>\n  <li>The point when you feel you\u2019re not growing is when you\u2019re<br>\n    growing the most.<\/li>\n  <li>Establishing observers &amp; admirers is a weakness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 17: Constantly Purify Yourself<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>You can\u2019t just take on a concept, and that\u2019s it. It takes<br>\n    a while to belong to that idea.<\/li>\n  <li>Be careful with your dialogue. Don\u2019t express negative<br>\n    energy in the way you talk even if you feel negative, don\u2019t voice it. Be<br>\n    careful with that, and purify your feelings.<\/li>\n  <li>All anger comes from loss. When you\u2019re angry, rather than<br>\n    experiencing the anger as a feeling, and exhibiting anger, you silence<br>\n    yourself &amp; observer the anger. Ask yourself, \u201cWhat have you lost?\u201d<br>\n    Look at what you have lost, and then, agree to lose it. When things<br>\n    disappear from your life, it\u2019s just the universal law of liberating you of<br>\n    stuff. Most of the stuff you lose isn\u2019t worth chasing after.<\/li>\n  <li>To purify yourself, you have to spend time on your own,<br>\n    and sift through your thoughts &amp; feelings.<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019re not going to take your energy into places where<br>\n    it\u2019ll be trashed. You\u2019re not going to trash your energy by fighting with<br>\n    people. If a confrontation looks like it\u2019s developing, start to walk away.<br>\n    There isn\u2019t a fight that\u2019s worth having. The initiate walks away; only the<br>\n    fool stands &amp; fights.<\/li>\n  <li>The best form of self-defense is your feet.<\/li>\n  <li>Martial arts is a good thing because if you resonate<br>\n    powerfully, silently, you\u2019ll never be a victim. You can be strong without<br>\n    ever getting into a confrontation with anybody.<\/li>\n  <li>If something\u2019s happening that isn\u2019t a path of the<br>\n    spiritual, noble ideals that you\u2019ve laid down for yourself, avoid it. If<br>\n    you have friends that are rat bags &amp; sleaze bags, don\u2019t judge them.<br>\n    Just observer them to be sleaze bags &amp; walk away. You make choices<br>\n    that constantly take you toward purity &amp; strength.<\/li>\n  <li>When waling into a place like a restaurant, ask yourself,<br>\n    \u201cwhere is the power spot here?\u201d Then, take it if available. If not, take<br>\n    the second most powerful place.<\/li>\n  <li>The faster your energy goes, the greater your experience<br>\n    in his life time, the greater your awareness, but also, the greater the<br>\n    possibility of your falling from a great height.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 18: Respect All Living Things; Observe the Beauty in All Things<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Do not consume more than you need to. Do not trash things<br>\n    just for the sake of trashing them. Have respect for the neighborhood<br>\n    &amp; for the people &amp; all living thins including humans.<\/li>\n  <li>The challenge is to respect people with grim energy.<\/li>\n  <li>The reason why people act in a dysfunctional or criminal<br>\n    or hurtful way is because they are victims of their own personalities, of<br>\n    their egos.<\/li>\n  <li>Go out of your way to be kind &amp; respectful when they<br>\n    are treating you badly.<\/li>\n  <li>Your test is that you can become magnanimous towards even<br>\n    if they aren\u2019t magnanimous towards you.<\/li>\n  <li>Respect the nature &amp; animals. Cf. Vegetarianism<\/li>\n  <li>Most modern hunters don\u2019t really need to go out into the<br>\n    forest &amp; start blowing little animals\u2019 heads off.<\/li>\n  <li>You need to be nice to people as a discipline<\/li>\n  <li>Respect as a part of this quest: being polite, respecting<br>\n    people, not discriminating against them, not harboring hatred or<br>\n    animosity, no sexual discrimination, racial, disabilities\u2026<\/li>\n  <li>Most discrimination comes from the fear of the unknown;<br>\n    all discrimination comes for a sense of importance.<\/li>\n  <li>You can\u2019t fake humbleness. Once you stop talking about<br>\n    yourself, humility becomes automatic.<\/li>\n  <li>Ego has a tremendous amount of physical, emotional and<br>\n    intellectual violence. It likes to make people uncomfortable because it\u2019s<br>\n    uncomfortable.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t trash people. Try to build them up.<\/li>\n  <li>Do not project any unnecessary violence against the<br>\n    animals, plants &amp; intellectual &amp; emotional violent against other<br>\n    people.<\/li>\n  <li>Respect the air, the water, the earth, the spirits of<br>\n    nature, the beauty of this planet, and all the unseen dimensions that<br>\n    permeate this physical plane as well. Respect yourself. Through respect we<br>\n    generate consideration and love; we learn about ourselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 19: The Power Rises from Within<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>The initiate doesn\u2019t need to push<\/li>\n  <li>Most of your power is internal. As you garner the power,<br>\n    you can pull to you all that you need rather than pushing. You can just<br>\n    allow them to come to you. In pushing, you tend to move things away from<br>\n    you. Cf. Car salesman: don\u2019t push and shove so hard that they deny you<\/li>\n  <li>Visualize &amp; feel things that you need as a part of<br>\n    your life &amp; take concerted action, moving towards your goals<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">To heal a situation with a<br>\n    person, pull up that person in your mind\u2019s eye, say their name, breathe them<br>\n    in, hold your breath for a moment, exhale your energy, and project light<br>\n    towards them. Do it 11 times. As you breathe them in &amp; out, send them<br>\n    love &amp; healing.<\/span> Cf. IRS agent<\/li>\n  <li>Healing is an internal transformation<\/li>\n  <li>When you have a burring need, it destroys your power<\/li>\n  <li>You can pull to you whatever you want. You only have to<br>\n    visualize it, concentrate on it, and know it to be granted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 20: Action Through Nonaction<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Wu-Wei is the idea that there\u2019s a natural flow in nature<br>\n    and life, and by aligning to that flow and disengaging the mind, one<br>\n    allows things to rest inside a natural simplicity &amp; to effortlessly<br>\n    unfold in the space of time.<\/li>\n  <li>By doing nothing, you can gain everything.<\/li>\n  <li>Nonaction is being outside the emotional molecule of your<br>\n    people, that collective emotion, outside the desires &amp; frustrations<br>\n    that most people go through.<\/li>\n  <li>People have to be secure to transfer their funds to you.<br>\n    To make them secure is not come at them from above, telling how marvelous<br>\n    the products is or you are, instead work on their comfort zone. Just make<br>\n    sure that they are OK, and you take the order.<\/li>\n  <li>If your body is sick, rather than being in the emotion of<br>\n    it, step back &amp; understand that the real you cannot be sick.<\/li>\n  <li>Most disease comes from stress. A lot of disease is an<br>\n    external manifestation of an inner disquiet. By pulling back &amp; going<br>\n    within, you can start to come to the emotional reason for the disease. Some<br>\n    disease is good because it shows you what you\u2019re doing wrong. So, if<br>\n    you\u2019re not well, go quiet &amp; listen to what the inner you is saying.<br>\n    Listen to the healing is offering you.&nbsp;<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019re always in the right place at the right time. If<br>\n    you\u2019re balanced, you\u2019re moved into a probability pattern that precludes<br>\n    pain &amp; injury because that is a manifestation of imbalance. Life\u2019s roulette<br>\n    comes from an externalization of people\u2019s feeling. Once your feelings are<br>\n    healed, there\u2019s no more Russian roulette.<\/li>\n  <li>If you don\u2019t desperately want things, no one can move you. <span style=\"background: fuchsia;\">\u201cI\u2019m balanced. I have all the time in the<br>\n    world.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>The external world is a manifestation of your inner dream.<\/li>\n  <li>Everybody wants things. Supply their ego\u2019s needs, &amp;<br>\n    they\u2019ll come to you effortlessly, and when they show up, figure out<br>\n    something to sell them, and bill them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 21: Dedicating Your Life to the Sacred Way<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>You make a thing sacred by basically saying, \u201cThis is<br>\n    sacred.\u201d Then, start acting in a sacred way. Act deliberately. Act with<br>\n    intention. Guard your energy.<\/li>\n  <li>Take time to be grateful. Gratitude is a part of that<br>\n    affirmation that says, \u201cI\u2019m in control. I\u2019m eternal. I\u2019m not in a rush.<br>\n    This is a beautiful journey with all its ups &amp; downs. It is still<br>\n    beautiful, and I\u2019m grateful.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>Develop sacredness in everything you do. Concentrate on<br>\n    the things you do. Cf. car wash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 22: Understanding That Inspiration and Creativity Come from Within<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>One purpose for you in this life is to express &amp;<br>\n    create<\/li>\n  <li>The best way to create is discipline yourself. You need<br>\n    order &amp; silence. You have to be in touch with your subtle feelings. Then,<br>\n    creativity comes up from within.<\/li>\n  <li>Personality has normal inhibitions about creativity<br>\n    because personality hates to be evaluated<\/li>\n  <li>All creativity comes from the God Force. You can\u2019t own it.<br>\n    It belongs to everybody.<\/li>\n  <li>Practice expressing yourself<\/li>\n  <li>Creativity is money in the bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 23: Always Maintain Freshness; Watch Nature, &amp; Align to Nature<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>If your energy is alive, you\u2019re gonna use up people,<br>\n    places, philosophies, diets, disciplines, cars, clothes&#8230;.keep staying<br>\n    fresh.<\/li>\n  <li>Everything is on rental from the God Force, and you can<br>\n    give it to somebody else<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">Rise @ 4 AM every morning<br>\n    and walk in silence in the forest<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Anything that you haven\u2019t used or handled in the last 6<br>\n    months, that you\u2019re not gonna use it immediately in a few weeks get rid of<br>\n    it. Give it away.\u2014You only surround yourself with thins that are alive with<br>\n    energy<\/li>\n  <li>Constantly move away from clutter toward the simplicity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 24: Fear Not Death; Accept It, Live Life<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>From the ego\u2019s opinions come its considerations and needs.<br>\n    From its considerations and needs come all the contradictions of life. Contradictions<br>\n    create anguish &amp; emotional upset.<\/li>\n  <li>Accept flow. Accept that today you\u2019re here, and tomorrow<br>\n    you\u2019re not necessarily here.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">One of the meditations I<br>\n    would like you to do as apart of expanding your awareness is to imagine<br>\n    yourself floating up through the atmosphere, into the stratosphere and<br>\n    beyond, and turn and look back at the earth. Now, in your mind\u2019s eye, move<br>\n    the earth forward to some future date. Look at the planet below you, and<br>\n    take a moment to see how the planet would be in, say, 200 years\u2019 time. Observe<br>\n    the planet with you not there.<\/span><\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">In your mind\u2019s eye, call the<br>\n    gremlin of death over and tell it you want to kiss it. Run your fingers<br>\n    through the gremlin\u2019s hair and pull its head back and then kiss it\u2014and<br>\n    when you do, bit its tongue out. Spit it out and push the gremlin down,<br>\n    make it sit in a corner. Say, \u201cListen, you little tongueless brat, you sit<br>\n    here in silence till I call for you, and don\u2019t bug me. When I\u2019m ready,<br>\n    we\u2019ll go to the next dimension hand in hand, as friends and heroes. Please<br>\n    don\u2019t take it personally, me biting your tongue out, that is\u2014I love you.<br>\n    Wait here. I\u2019ll be back for you one day.<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Half the fear of change is the fear of not knowing. You<br>\n    don\u2019t have to know all the time.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t hold on. Don\u2019t worry about things coming &amp;<br>\n    going.<\/li>\n  <li>People are attracted to energy because energy is life. Energy<br>\n    is the only real currency and the only real security. In creating energy,<br>\n    you heighten other people\u2019s security.<\/li>\n  <li>You\u2019ll never be more alive than the moment after you\u2019re<br>\n    dead<\/li>\n  <li>Take life in a light-heated way. Laugh a lot. Be<br>\n    responsible. Be ordered. Be disciplined. Laugh. Laugh. Seriousness is the<br>\n    disease of the ego. Cf. Einstein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 25: Avoid Becoming a Guru<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Teach from humility, not from ego.<\/li>\n  <li>Restriction serves a purpose because it allows us to understand<br>\n    freedom. Manipulation servers a purpose because it allows us to become<br>\n    magnanimous and free. You can\u2019t have one without the other.<\/li>\n  <li>The greatest teaching is your example. It\u2019s you as you.<\/li>\n  <li>You can\u2019t pick them up.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t be seduced by power, money, show biz, and glamour.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t use your power over people sexually or<br>\n    psychologically. Don\u2019t use fear. Don\u2019t rip people off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 26: Physical Discipline<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Spiritual journey is not effortless because you\u2019re gonna<br>\n    wrestling the ego into control. It involves discipline.<\/li>\n  <li>You need physical discipline to calm your emotions and<br>\n    control the ego.<\/li>\n  <li>Study and know the physical body. Cf. Pancreas<\/li>\n  <li>Nutritional discipline:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; Do not give it the things that it craves<\/p>\n<p>\u00fc&nbsp; 80% alkalinity (fruits, vegetables); 20% acidity (carbohydrates,<br>\n  fats, oils, protein)<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>The doctor is going to come out of pure tick tock<\/li>\n  <li>Exercise<\/li>\n  <li>People on rarefied diets wind up getting sick<\/li>\n  <li>Be kind to it. Give it as much rest and balance and as<br>\n    many alkaline foods as you can. Don\u2019t strain it.<\/li>\n  <li>Fasting: <span style=\"background: aqua;\">I take a load of<br>\n    vegetables, especially ones that are high in potassium, and make up a soup<br>\n    of potatoes, green beans, onions, cauliflower, and parsley and so on. I<br>\n    boil it up and skim off just the juice and drink that during my fast.<br>\n    Fasting really helps you take control.<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Use the technology that\u2019s available if you need to use it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 27: Emotional Discipline<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>You have to sympathize with their tribal emotion. Let them<br>\n    be without judging or criticizing them. Distance yourself from tribal<br>\n    emotion. Cf. Inflation shock<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t get sucked into the emotional lack, and don\u2019t get<br>\n    sucked into your own emotions. When you feel negative, immediately nip<br>\n    that emotion in the bud.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\"><span style=\"background: aqua;\">You have to control the<br>\n    balance fast. So as soon as you find yourself getting out of control, pull<\/span><\/span>\n    <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n    <p>back and sit down; visualize yourself standing above yourself, look back<br>\n      at this lovely person that is you, and ask yourself, \u201cWhat\u2019s upsetting<br>\n      her?\u201d or \u201cWhat\u2019s he angry about?\u201d<\/p>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>All confusion comes from asking questions: confusion comes<br>\n    from complexity, and complexity comes from the intellect. Ask less<br>\n    questions.<\/li>\n  <li>Anger comes from loss. Figure out what is that you\u2019ve<br>\n    lost, and agree to lose it.<\/li>\n  <li>Frustration comes from your intellectual disease of having<br>\n    to put things into time frames. Frustration is a disease of not having<br>\n    enough patience.<\/li>\n  <li>Being a workaholic is a disease of the ego.<\/li>\n  <li>The Infinite Self cannot be insecure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 28: Mental Discipline<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Sometimes being intellectual is a huge spiritual<br>\n    disadvantage.<\/li>\n  <li>If you\u2019re not bright, thank the God Force for not making<br>\n    you too intellectual. \u201cThe tallest tree is the first tree to cut down.\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>\u201cTo remain whole, be twisted!<br>\n    To become straight, let yourself be bent, <br>\n    To become full, be hollow\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n  <li>Do not make your mind God and becoming too arrogant<\/li>\n  <li>Excess thinking is a disease<\/li>\n  <li>Agree to feel secure in a dimension that is intrinsically<br>\n    insecure<\/li>\n  <li>Cure yourself of gradually the disease of over-thinking: Start<br>\n    pushing your feeling into things: visualize circumstances: \u201cHow does it<br>\n    feel?\u201d Even inanimate objects have feeling<\/li>\n  <li>When you know something\u2019s wrong, stop. Retreat. Take a<br>\n    good look at it, and act.<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t act until you\u2019re certain<\/li>\n  <li>Without meditation disciplines, quite time, introspection,<br>\n    it\u2019s very hard to wrestle the intellect into stillness<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t allow yourself to worry about things that are coming<br>\n    down the line<\/li>\n  <li>What you need is serenity, not a bunch of mental dribble<br>\n    that makes you dissatisfied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 29: Philosophical Discipline<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Every rule and regulation is a fence in the prison that<br>\n    you create for yourself<\/li>\n  <li>Rules are imposed from the above; discipline is joyously<br>\n    took on because you know they raise your energy &amp; quieten the mind<\/li>\n  <li>Stay away from talking about your philosophy to other<br>\n    people. Stay away from trying to win people over with your philosophy or<br>\n    demonstrating.<\/li>\n  <li>Study the rudiments of psychology. Cf. Transference,<br>\n    archetypes, psychological traits, compulsions &amp; urges, etc<\/li>\n  <li>Discrimination is a manifestation of an irritated,<br>\n    insecure ego. &nbsp;<\/li>\n  <li>Have as few beliefs, dogmas, rules &amp; regulations as<br>\n    possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 30: Spiritual Discipline<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">One exercise I recommend is,<br>\n    every so often when you find yourself with a quite moment, close your eyes<br>\n    and visualize the divine Light hitting you in the forehead and the heart,<br>\n    bathing your body. Visualize it for five to ten seconds, then stop. Then<br>\n    do it again. You will find that, in this simple exercise, you begin to<br>\n    pull more and more of that infinite force into your life.<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>Spirituality is invisible<\/li>\n  <li>Don\u2019t talk unless people ask you to. If they ask you, give<br>\n    them a little bit. A little bit here, a little bit there, that\u2019s all you<br>\n    have to do<\/li>\n  <li>Basically, spiritual discipline is staying in the<br>\n    emanations of the God Force, believing when you can\u2019t see, knowing when<br>\n    you can\u2019t logically confirm it, being secure when everything around you<br>\n    looks insecure, being silent in a noisy world, being abundant when people<br>\n    tell you we\u2019re running out of everything. Stay inside that spirituality,<br>\n    and if you lose it, come back. Pull back. Organize. Be silent. Mediate.<br>\n    Pray. Take a steambath or some kind of nurturing body work. Go on a fast.<br>\n    Constantly purify yourself.<\/li>\n  <li>Be humble. Be brave, but don\u2019t be showy. If you teach,<br>\n    teach from a distance. Teach from your energy, and leave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 31: Quest<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>As you become lighter, your energy goes up, and you\u2019ll<br>\n    kill off your own personality. Cf. Jesus Christ on the Crucifix as a<br>\n    symbol of the death of the ego<\/li>\n  <li>In the end, you have to kill off the ego, and go through<br>\n    your quite time, and retreat within the yin of the Infinite Self and the<br>\n    spirit within<\/li>\n  <li>Kill off the dominance of the personality, ego<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 32: Fusion<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>Fusion is consolidation of power. You can see it by<br>\n    reactivating your peripheral perception.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">It\u2019s nothing more than<br>\n    constantly asking yourself, \u201cWhat is to my left, and what is to my right?\u201d<br>\n    Then look to the side without moving your eye. Doing this, you begin to<br>\n    activate the rods in your eyes.<\/span><\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"background: aqua;\">Spread your arms out on<br>\n    either side of you, and start moving them toward your back. Notice when<br>\n    they disappear from your view. Broaden your field of vision by looking at<br>\n    the side constantly, and over a few months, your peripheral vision starts<br>\n    to come back.<\/span><\/li>\n  <li>\u201cI am what I am.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>STEP 33: The Initiate<\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n  <li>You don\u2019t need to die.
